This fantastic RIB was built in Penryn Cornwall by people that know what it takes to make a great RIB. Used this last year as a safety boat in Portland harbour the owner has been so pleased with it that he is looking to upgrade to bigger one. This boat has been completely refurbished, she was re-tubed in 2003, and the trailer has just had new bearings and brakes, fully serviced engine and much more. All the receipts and paperwork are available There is lots of clever extras throughout including electric windlass, GPS and VHF. Just in is this lovely Osprey 5.8m, this super clean little rib is a great first time boat and sits on a one year old trailer.
It has just had its tubes and engine serviced and has only been used once since.
It has a super reliable V4 100hp Suzuki with power trim and tilt with two fuel tanks.
Also comes with Garmin GPS, VHF, a Lowrance fish finder and A-frame with nav lights.
The tubes are like new bar three small patches (see photos)
All in all a good honest rib that wont let you down. |

New consel and 2 pods from osprey ribs, fitted spring 2009. Auto bilge pump by Rule. Stainless Steel fuel tank built in. Garmin plotter/sounder GPS. nav lights. Osprey 5.0 Metre R.I.B, with a Mariner 60hp Bigfoot two stroke outboard engine, in good condition. Engine is a 2001 model but was fitted new in 2004 to the boat and has less than 160 hours and is very economical. (Max speed 34 knots) Furumo GP-32 GPS - Eagle Cuda: 128 fish finder/ echo sounder - Icom IC-M501 VHF radio. S/S A frame with dry boxes and navigation lights fitted. Centre consol with 60 litre internal fuel tank. Folding anchor, chain and warp in compartment in bow. Non slip floor in stern area. Waterways Ireland registered. Extras include: Two paddles, spare propeller, extra ropes, towing bridle, rabbit ears, spot light, throw bag, pump and tubing, spare spark plugs & tools, propeller bag for engine, spare two stroke oil, light board for trailer, flares and T.P.A, spare 25litre aux fuel tank, divers knife mounted to back of consol, fire extinguisher.
